Welcome to Faith and Fitness Blog!

Sometimes when you are trying to reach goals and eat healthy, it can be very over whelming.  In past private challenge groups we have shared recipes in the group, but even that is hard to go back and find them when we need something and feel like we are desperate to make some thing quick and healthy.  

I love blogging daily/monthly a way of scrap booking my kids' lives as they grow and thought having a separate blog that could be used for healthy living and fitness would be very handy.  I've decided to create this blog as a way to keep recipes easily accessible for everyone.  

I hope you enjoy and find it helpful, too.  I'm always grabbing for my phone when meal planning and love that the recipes are electronic so that I have them anywhere.  I will have the recipes cataloged on the left side of the blog so you can search via Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner ideas.
